Human Resources function
In addition to our primary business focus, we also provide an HR solution to employers. This service includes the full human resources function ranging from appointments, dismissals, disciplinary action, hearings (internally, unions, CCMA, etc) of employees. Many employers do not have the expertise to deal with these labour sensitive issues and the best action will therefore be to approach our HR department.
Additional services includes registrations for UIF with the Department of Labour, Workmans Compensation Fund, and handling WCA and UIF claims on behalf of employers.
In addition to the aforementioned, we also provide a payroll solution to employers incorporating a ‘total’ solution whereby all necessary payslips are prepared, monthly EMP201 and EMP501 forms are completed and submitted with the South African Revenue Service.
